I was born and raised in Seoul, moved to the U.S. alone, and my transformation began when I chose to step into nature and community that welcomed me - finding belonging both within myself and among others. I learned that when we slow down in a space where we feel safe, we start to hear the truth - a truth I now help others return to.
Before this work, I spent 12 years as a demand and forecasting planner in the corporate world - a career built on organization and precision, intuition and collaboration. That same care now shapes how I curate space, sound, and practitioners, because true transformation needs both structure and fluidity to take root.
When we feel safe, breathe intentionally, and allow the elements to move through us, the nervous system softens, the truth rises, and what has been carried for generations finally begins to release.
This is the heart of The Wise Flow's intention: to raise the frequency of our collective community, guiding positive energy into each soul and space, so we can step fully into who we are becoming - creating room for all that's meant for us to finally flow in.
I don't believe in rushing sacred work, and I don't believe in outsourcing it to disconnected practitioners who've never met each other, let alone your brand. Every practitioner I bring into a space is hand-selected, and every experience is designed with the same precision I once brought to global supply chains - because integrity in the details is what makes transformation actually land.
I believe in collaboration over transaction. You know your guests, your brand, and your vision - I bring the structure and the network to bring it to life. This isn't a service you purchase and forget; it's a partnership built on trust, communication, and shared standards.
Above all, I believe spaces and nervous systems hold memory - and when both are given room to soften, what's meant to flow finally does.
